PAUSE. BREATHE. BE.
Step out of everything that's asking something of you.
Nobody needs anything from you.
Welcome to Seinaru — a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and simply be.
Through personalised wellbeing experiences, including Embodied I Ching, Reiki and guided meditation, you're invited to explore what you need in this moment, at your own pace.
A space to pause, breathe and be
Seinaru is an invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life, to take a breath, and reconnect with yourself. Whether experienced online or in person, it offers time for reflection, relaxation and personal growth — a space where nothing is expected of you, and there is no pressure to be anything other than who you are.
The name Seinaru comes from the Japanese word meaning sacred. It reflects the belief that your personal journey deserves to be honoured. The time we share is yours — a sacred space for exploring whatever is present for you, without judgement, expectation, or the need to change anything.
Founded by Nancy, Seinaru brings together a background in psychology and organisational learning with more than two decades of exploration and practice in holistic wellbeing.
Nancy began her Reiki journey in 2002, becoming a Reiki Master in 2005, and has been a certified Louise Hay facilitator since 2004. In 2025, she began her training in Embodied I Ching, qualifying as a practitioner in 2026. She continues to deepen her knowledge and understanding through ongoing studies in holistic counselling.
Her approach is warm, intuitive, respectful and grounded. Each session is shaped around the individual, with no prescribed outcome or expectation to change or achieve. At the heart of Seinaru is a simple belief: meaningful personal change begins with awareness, willingness and permission — and sometimes, simply being exactly as you are, is enough.
Pause. Breathe. Be.
Seinaru’s individual sessions create space to arrive, settle and reconnect with what is happening within. Each experience is shaped around your intentions, comfort and pace—without judgement or pressure to achieve a particular outcome.
Initial sessions are approximately 90 minutes; follow-up sessions are generally 75–90 minutes. These are complementary wellbeing experiences, not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
The Seinaru Experience
Begin with time to arrive, breathe and feel comfortable. Through gentle conversation, we explore how you are feeling and what you would like to experience differently, then shape the session around you.
Embodied I Ching
Drawing on the elemental wisdom of the I Ching, this personalised practice may include energy alchemy, chakra alignment, gentle visualisation and reflective guidance. It offers a considered way to notice patterns, feelings and possibilities.
Reiki and Energy Balancing
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy-based practice traditionally used to encourage relaxation and wellbeing. Sessions may be offered in person or remotely, with your consent, and energy balancing may be included in an Embodied I Ching session.
Meditation and Guided Visualisation
Gentle breathing, grounding, meditation and visualisation can help you settle into the present moment. These practices may be woven through your session to support relaxation, awareness and a deeper connection with yourself.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
For a little while, step out of everything that's asking something of you. You don't need to perform, explain yourself, achieve anything or hold particular spiritual beliefs — simply pause, breathe and be.
Your first Seinaru session offers up to 90 minutes dedicated entirely to you. Sessions are currently offered online, providing a private, welcoming space to explore whatever is present for you, at your own pace.
Appointments are currently available on Wednesdays and Saturdays, by prior booking.
